Class Descriptions:


For beginners and those with some experience wanting more extensive grounding in the fundamentals.


For students who have completed gentle training and/or those with yoga experience who have mastered the basics and desire the challenge of further deepening of flexibility and yogic practice

All Level

Beginners will be introduced to the fundamentals while those with experience wishing to deepen their practice will be given options to do so. All students are offered modifications based on their personal needs.


Postures, breath, sound and meditation techiques to increase comfort and confidence during pregnancy, labour and delivery.


Combines traditional meditation techniques with spiritual awareness principles. Students learn breath and body awareness training. Mindfulness and sound meditation, guided visualizations and walking meditation are introduced throughout the course. We end each class with relaxation and re-vitalization exercises. The spiritual awareness principles taught remind us how to remain centered, how to let go and finally how to create more balance within.
